Mette is the founder of Work In Tune.

Work In Tune help ambitious leaders and teams maximize the moments that matter: Conferences, leadership communication and teambuilding.

With a heart for music and a head for strategy and communication she dresses leaders and teams to make human and business impact.

The passion for music was grounded when Mette was 8 years old and started playing the trumpet. Years later, Mette brought music into her academic Rhetoric studies and started linking the insights and tactics about well-performing conductors and orchestras into the business world. Today, she apply these insights and tactics to support business leaders and teams to perform at their best when it matters most.

 

With her Master in Rhetoric and +15 years of experience, she combines her deep business understanding with tangible tools and training that works; all with that sparkling passion she has brought from her love for music.

Mette is the author of the book Business Rhetoric – How to turn Words Into Gold is a loved guide amongst its global audience (danish version published in 2017, english version  2018).

Mette is known as President Obamas Danish speechwriter and was awarded as Berlingske Talent 100 – a top talent in her field. She is featured regularly in media (Finans, Berlingske, DR, TV2 News) commenting on business and communication topics including presidential, government and royal speeches.
