LEARNING JOURNEYS

MORE TIME, MORE IMPACT 

Even though our key tools like Power Circle, Mood Buttons, Highlighter and Stand – Straight – Speak work for you immediately, practice and time makes perfect. 

In our tailormade learning journeys we fit training into the work, you already have to do: Launch and implement a new strategy, drive projects, implement re-organizations to name a few. 

Learning journeys are an opportunity to dive deeper, repeat and improve in ways that add up to be a truly impactful upskilling. 

In our learning journeys, we often do a mix of group coaching, individual feedback and bringing everyone in the team together; for example together with the musicians from The Royal Danish Orchestra to practice performance and hos to use voice, body language and owning the stage most effectively. 

Duration: Based on your needs, we design programs that runs over 3-12 months.
