Mette is the founder of WIT Work In Tune. She has a broad experience as trusted advisor, speechwriter, author and performance trainer to thought leaders, top management and talents in Danish and international business life. Jonas is our Head of Music and professional trumpet player at The Royal Danish Orchestra. He is also assisting professor at Royal Danish Academy of Music and frequently playing solo concerts and chamber music internationally. Previously, Jonas has worked at Malmö Opera. Nikolaj is professional trumpet player at The Royal Danish Orchestra. He is also assisting professor at Royal Danish Academy of Music and frequently playing solo concerts and chamber music internationally. Previously, Nikolaj has worked with Opéra de Paris.

Kasper is professional trombone player at Danish National Radio Orchestra. Kasper is also member of Danish Trombone Quartet and has previously worked with The Danish Radio Concert Orchestra and The Royal Danish Orchestra.

Lars is professional tuba player at The Royal Danish Orchestra. Lars is a member of The Royal Danish Brass Quintet.

Mads L. Thomsen
Mads is personal and team coach with severe corporate leadership experience from Carlsberg, Nordea and Maersk. Mads takes part in the musical experience and in the Tune In Training sessions. Mads’ focus is on Team Connectivity and how you transform the experince to sustainable changes in team and personal development. Mads runs his company Leonhardt Coaching and Mentoring. Maibritt is an actress with solid experience from theatre and film industry and her own performance consultancy business Power Act.
